We are proud to have had to the opportunity of working with the wonderful people at Grace Eyre, a charity that supports people with learning disabilities.
Their existing website had become very dated and wasn’t communicating the breadth of their services. We won a competitive pitch, and were chosen to re-vamp their branding and website – with the aim of increasing awareness, fundraising and revenue through sales of their products & services.
Through spending time in the centre with service users and speaking with their team, we got a real feel for the wide ranging work they do across the community. Part of our challenge was creating a site that was accessible to their service users whilst also being useful and engaging for their wider audience. We had to consider families and carers of those with learning disabilities, the local community and wider public.
We helped to structure their communication and message for their different audiences and created a visual design that communicates the vibrant personality of the charity and its people.
The new site includes an online shop with artwork for sale created by their service users. Early feedback has been very positive and we continue to work on improving the site to become more useful to their users and more effective as a revenue tool.
